In Menu Settings you will find additional features that may be useful in managing Safe Distance Pay

1. Add employee

In the Manager Settings, use this to give managers and employees their own PIN to access SDP.  If you select the Require Server option in Bill Configuration be sure to add your employees here so they can receive an SMS with their PIN.

2. Email report

In the Manager Settings, you can set-up shift or daily reports to be sent to your email address. Just add a report name and time and then add the email address where you would like to receive the report.

3. Order history

In Order History you can see and search orders. If you need to complete a refund simply tap on the order, tap Issue Refund, select the refund amount and tap Issue Full Refund.

4. Create a Safe Distance Pay Tender Type

On your POS you can create new tender types. You may have already created other tender types like DoorDash, UberEats, GrubHub, Gift Card, etc. By Adding SDP or SafeDistancePay as a tender type you can close orders on your POS to the SDP tender type, making reporting clean and simple.
Contact your POS provider if you need instructions on how to create a new tender type.
